We intend to focus our search in North America across the technology industry, including the next generation and traditional sectors.

We are led by our co-founder, Naseem Saloojee, who has served as our CEO and as a Director on our Board of Directors since our inception. He is an accomplished operator and entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling technology-enabled businesses. From September 2021 to February 2025, he served as Co-founder and Director of Carbon6 Technologies, a leading eCommerce enablement platform that developed automation and analytics tools for Amazon sellers, which was acquired by a strategic buyer in January 2025. From June 2020 to August 2021, Mr. Saloojee served as managing partner and advisor to Noetic Fund, a venture fund investing in global mental health solutions. From May 2018 to June 2020, Mr. Saloojee served as Chief Executive Officer of Globalfaces Direct, a private-equity owned outsourced services provider to non-profits.

Our co-founder David King has served as our CFO and as a Director on our Board of Directors since our inception. He brings over 25 years of public-markets experience spanning investment research, portfolio management, and equity fund leadership. He is the Founder and has served as Managing Partner of Palermo Capital Management, a long/short equity fund focused on the Consumer, Media, and Technology sectors since February 2020. From June 2011 to February 2020, Mr. King served as Managing Director & Senior Research Analyst at Roth Capital Partners, where he covered Consumer and Financial companies and was recognized for differentiated industry insight.
