We intend to focus our search on companies with operations in the vision sensing technologies (“VST”), including hardware chip solutions (such as chips, modules and systems), VST-related application software, artificial intelligence (“AI”) and other peripheral technologies that assist to integrate and/or supplement VST applications. There is no restriction in the geographic location of targets we can pursue, however, we expressly disclaim any intent to and will not consummate a business combination with a target business located in China or Hong Kong.
