In its NASDAQ debut today – Thursday, July 31, 2025 – D. Boral ARC Acquisition Corp. I (BCARU) opened flat at $10.00 on volume of 1.59 million. At the close, D. Boral ARC Acquisition Corp. I (BCARU) ended at $9.96 – 4 cents below its $10.00 SPAC IPO price – on its first day of NASDAQ trading – Thursday, July 31, 2025. Volume: About 8.16 million.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, according to the prospectus.
D. Boral Capital (formerly known as EF Hutton) was the sole book-runner.
At pricing, D. Boral ARC Acquisition Corp. I became the 13th SPAC to go public in July 2025.
New York-basedD. Boral ARC Acquisition Corp. I (BCARU) will focus its search for an acquisition target on companies with an enterprise value of $700 million or more, the prospectus said.
“We intend to identify and acquire a business where we believe our management teams’ and our affiliates’ expertise will provide us with a competitive advantage, including (companies in the) technology, healthcare and logistics industries,” D. Boral ARC Acquisition Corp. I said in the prospectus.
