Insight Digital Partners II (DYORU) raised $150 million on Tuesday night, Oct. 28, 2025 – in the second crypto-focused SPAC IPO priced this week. The deal totaled 15 million units at $10.00 each. According to the prospectus, each unit consists of one share of stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
Insight Digital Partners II (DYORU) started trading at $10.11 – up 11 cents – in its debut on NASDAQ today – Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025 – on volume of 944,000. At the closing bell, Insight Digital Partners II (DYORU) was at $10.13 – up 13 cents or 1.3 percent – on its first day of NASDAQ trading on volume of about 4.3 million.
Cohen & Company Capital Markets served as the sole book-runner.
Insight Digital Partners II, based in New York City, intends to focus its search for a target company on the cryptocurrency industry, according to the prospectus. The search will include taking a look at companies involved in stablecoin and other aspects of the digital economy such as payment gateways, digital exchanges, crypto miners, crypto holding and trading, crypto treasury strategy, high-performance computing and energy. The SPAC is incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
Michael Singer is the CEO and chairman of Insight Digital Partners II. He is the managing partner of Insight Private Equity Funds and Alternative Insight, according to the prospectus.
Glenn Worman, a partner at Seaton Hill Partners, is the CFO.
Apex Treasury Raises $300 Million in Upsized Deal
Another crypto-focused SPAC, Apex Treasury Corp. (APXTU) raised $300 million on Monday night, Oct. 27, 2025 – upsized at pricing from $250 million – in an IPO consisting of 30 million units at $10.00 each.
Apex Treasury Corp. (APXTU) made its debut on NASDAQ on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, and closed its first day of trading at $10.06 – up 6 cents. This SPAC is based in Vero Beach, Florida. Cohen & Company Capital Markets also was the sole book-runner on Apex Treasury’s SPAC IPO.
