The IPO Buzz: Masonglory & Rich Sparkle & Ten-League Raise $20 Million Total

Three small-cap IPOs – Masonglory Ltd. (MSGY) of Hong Kong, Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd. (ANPA) of Hong Kong and TenLeague International Holdings Ltd. (TLIH) of Singapore – raised a total of $20 million on Monday night, July 7, 2025. Shares of all three companies are expected to start trading today – Tuesday, July 8, 2025, on the NASDAQ.

Each company priced its IPO at the low end of the range in the prospectus and sold the number of shares in the prospectus.

Here are the IPO snapshots and pricing details:

* Masonglory Ltd. (MSGY) – 1.5 million shares priced at $4.00 (low end) to raise $6.0 million – D.  Boral Capital (ex-EF Hutton) sole book-runner – Masonglory is the holding company of a Hong Kong-based subcontractor that provides plastering, tile and brick laying and marble work for major contractors in property development and civil engineering projects in Hong Kong.  Masonglory Ltd. is profitable. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)

Masonglory Ltd. shares opened at $4.28 today on NASDAQ – up 28 cents from their IPO price – and were last trading at $4.10 – up 10 cents from their IPO price. On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, Masonglory Ltd.’s stock closed its first day of trading at $4.27 – up 27 cents from its IPO price – on NASDAQ volume of about 1.71 million. 

* Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd. (ANPA) – 1.25 million shares priced at $4.00 (low end) to raise $5.0 million – Eddid Securities and Futures  sole book-runner – Rich Sparkle Holdings is the parent of a Hong Kong-based financial printing and corporate services company founded in 2016. The company specializes in designing and printing high quality financial materials (listing and fund documents as well as financial reports, for example) for companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd. is profitable. (Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands)

Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd.’s stock opened at $3.60 – down 40 cents from its IPO price – on NASDAQ today – Tuesday, July 8, 2025 – and was trading at $3.70 – down 30 cents from its IPO price – at about 11:20 a.m. EDT.

*Ten-League International Holdings Ltd. (TLIH) – 2.24 million shares priced at $4.00 (low end) to raise $8.96 million – Bancroft Capital sole book-runner – Ten-League International Holdings Ltd. is a Singapore-based holding company whose subsidiaries sell heavy equipment and parts, as well as rent heavy equipment and provide engineering consulting services to the port, construction, civil engineering and underground foundation industries. Ten-League International Holdings Ltd. is profitable. (Incorporated in the Cayman Islands)

Ten-League International Holdings Ltd. shares opened at $3.87 today on NASDAQ – down 13 cents from their IPO price – and were last trading at $3.09 – down 91 cents from their IPO price at about 11:25 a.m. EDT. 

The S&P 500 Index was down about 2 points, trading at 6,228, while the NASDAQ Composite Index was down 0.84 of a point, trading at 20,411, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down about 99 points, trading at around 44,307 at about 11:40 a.m. EDT. 

The NASDAQ debuts of these three Asian companies today follow a small IPO priced early Monday, July 7, 2025, to trade on NASDAQ the same day: MaxsMaking (MAMK), a Shanghai-based manufacturer of customized consumer products. Joseph Stone Capital was the sole book-runner. MaxsMaking’s products include backpacks, shopping bags, aprons, throw pillows and other items, ordered by small to medium-sized businesses, government agencies and non-profit groups, according to the prospectus. MaxsMaking’s stock slid on Monday and fell again today (Tuesday, July 8, 2025).

The rest of this week’s IPO Calendar is light – typical for the week after the Fourth of July holiday. A SPAC IPO – Globa Terra Acquistion Corp. (GTERU Proposed) of Mexico – and a NASDAQ uplisting – tungsten miner Almonty Industries (ALM Proposed) of Toronto – are part of the mix.
