The IPO Buzz: Memorial Day Starts a Quiet Week

All’s quiet on the IPO front in this holiday-shortened week. The U.S. stock market was closed on Monday, May 30, 2022, for Memorial Day, the holiday honoring all U.S. military men and women who have died in service to their country. No traditional IPOs are scheduled for pricing. Instead, only four deals – two SPAC IPOs, a tiny biotech IPO with a unit structure of stock and warrants, and a NASDAQ uplisting by a tiny Israeli tech company, a carryover from last week – are on the IPO Calendar this week.

But the pace could pick up a bit when Wall Street gets back to work on Tuesday morning.

Stay tuned.
