The IPO Buzz: Orion180 Insurance (OIG Proposed) Launches $320 Million IPO

Orion180 Insurance Group  (OIG Proposed) revealed the terms for its $320 million IPO early today – Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026 –  and launched the deal to price next week. This is the second big IPO to launch since Wall Street returned to work on Tuesday after the long Labor Day holiday weekend. Holtec Nuclear Corp. (HNUC Proposed) unveiled the terms for its $825 million IPO on Tuesday morning (Sept. 8, 2026). Both are NASDAQ listings.

Orion180 Insurance Group, based in Melbourne, Florida, provides homeowners insurance in the coastal areas of the Southeastern states. Their focus includes catastrophe insurance.

Here are the terms of Orion180 Insurance Group’s IPO:  20 million shares at a price range of $15.00 to $17.00 to raise $320 million – if priced at the $16.00 mid-point.

At pricing, Orion180 Insurance Group would have a market cap of $1.58 billion.

RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, Raymond James and Goldman Sachs are leading the joint book-runners’ team for Orion180’s IPO. Deutsche Bank Securities, Citizens Capital Markets and Texas Capital are also joint book-runners.

The company is profitable, according to financial statements in the prospectus.
