The IPO Buzz: Holtec Nuclear (HNUC Proposed) Sets Terms for $825 Million IPO

First big IPO launch after Labor Day: Holtec Nuclear Corp. (HNUC Proposed) unveiled the terms for its IPO in an S-1/A filing – 50 million shares at a price range  of $15.00 to $18.00 – to raise $825 million, if priced at the $16.50 mid-point. Holtec Nuclear Corp. intends to  list its stock on the NASDAQ and the NASDAQ Texas exchange, At pricing, Holtec Nuclear would  have a market cap of  $6.55 billion.

J.P.Morgan, Guggenheim Securities and Goldman Sachs are leading the joint book-running team, which includes Citigroup, BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley, Cantor, BMO Capital Markets and Oppenheimer & Co.

Camden, N.J.-based Holtec Nuclear is developing a small modular reactor, according to the  prospectus.
